Start Date: What is the purpose of this role? A role has been highlighted for a Project Coordinator to work within the Project Management team – this person will be liaising with cuttings agencies, managing cuttings flow, quality control, managing our team of analysts, general admin but also managing the initial steps around putting the data down, managing media & journalist databases, briefing our freelance analysts and supporting the team to higher degree.

What make this role unique? The role will span key accounts within our consumer, corporate & automotive teams. While the role will not require attending client presentations, there will be a need for client and agency contact. The role will offer a variety of accounts to work on as well as the opportunity to work autonomously coupled with the potential for long term permanent contract.

How will I fit in? You will be an integral member of the team and will be critical in terms of ensuring the smooth running of your accounts

Who will I be working with? You will be working with almost every level of personnel within Client Service as well as the Project Management team, liaising with clients (where applicable) cuttings agencies and our team of analysts (UK, US and team based in Bangalore)

Who will I report to? You will report into the Team Leader

Key Accountabilities Positioning yourself as the lead contact for Client Service Account Managers and external suppliers Coordinating the accounts as a whole and pulling together schedules to ensure proactive forward planning Database management – project creation, code creation and media maintenance Managing the flow of completed data files Taking a lead role in the set-up and day-to-day handling of all projects Being the central point of contact for agencies and analysts to ensure consistency of cuttings flow and high quality of all deliverables Being the clear and consistent point of contact on your accounts for all internal departments Requesting, reviewing and monitoring study costs and invoicing arrangements Managing, researching and updating media lists Revision of procedures on admin, identifying areas where problems occur and proposing improvements Planning analyst resource and administering tests for the recruitment of office staff
