Description: Corporate Receptionist/Reservations. The hours are 35hrs per week on a shift basis. The shifts are between 7.30-21.00hrs.

JOB TITLE Receptionist/Reservations

RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN DUTIES • MAIN DUTIES: • Ensure that the main reception area switchboard is covered at all times, answer all calls in a professional manner, within a target objective of 3 rings. • Manage a message service for any calls that are unanswered and monitor these messages have been received • Receive all visitors in a friendly and courteous manner. • Booking Reservations for meetings and meeting rooms • Maintaining public folders – including managing and co-ordinating the meeting room diary, and monitoring that the internal phone list is up to date. • Co-ordinating couriers and ensuring outgoing post is dispatched daily. • Managing deliveries to the company and monitoring that they have been collected up by the right recipient • Responsible for the smooth running of the front office environment • Ad hoc duties as required

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Basic qualifications in English and Maths desirable.

Previous experience in Receptionist/ Telephonist role required.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Word and Excel)
